How to Dial a phone
number
To make a call to anywhere you always dial the same way. After getting
a dial tone, dial:
Country code, City/Area code, and Number.
How to make a Free
call to another Nargle user
To make a free call to another Nargle user, you can dial two ways.
After getting a dial tone, dial their Nargle
Number, which is the same as their SIP
ID number, which always starts with 100. Or, you can
dial any phone number that they have purchased from Nargle. To call
a Nargle Phone Number,
you dial Country code, City/Area code,
and Number. The call will be free, except to toll
free numbers. If you call them on their Nargle toll free number, there
will be a charge to them for the incoming call.
How to Find a rate
for a particular destination
You have two options. You can click on the Rates button in the top
button bar of any page on the Nargle web site. The Rates.pdf page
will be displayed. Using the Find function enter the Country code
and city code/area code such as 1850. Or you can use your Rates
Calculator Feature.
How to call Directory
Assistance
You have two options. You can dial 411 or dial 1-area code-555-1212.
Dialing 411 is our premier personal service.
Your call will be taken by a live operator after an automated attendant
asks for your destination. You can obtain two separate listings with
one call. Your operator has the most up to date, accurate information
available in the USA. There is a connection fee of $0.50 for this
411 service.
Dialing 1-area code-555-1212 is a excellent automated
service just like the one you've probably used many times before.
This service is charged at our low VOIP rates.
How to add funds to
your account
You can add talk time funds to your account using your On-Line
Account Management feature. To access this feature, click the
Log In button which is located on the top button bar on any of our
web pages.. Or you can type this URL into your web browser: www.nargle.com/user.
You will need your User ID and Web password which is your Web username
and password you created at signup. This information was sent to you
in an email with a Subject of Registration info.
Once logged into your account, you will see an Online Payment link
on the left side bar.Click Pay Online. Type your name in the Name
field, the email address that you used to sign up for your account
in the Email field, and the amount in US dollars that you would like
to add to your account. You will receive an email confirmation that
the funds have been deposited into your account.

You can view the settings of your account settings and change them
anytime by using your On-Line Account
Management feature. To access this feature, click the Log In button
