Are the Analog
Telephone Adapters locked?
Yes. All our devices are locked to the Nargle®
Free VOIP Services.
What are the benefits
of Nargle® over Traditional Telephone Service?
With traditional telephone services, you
often pay for each feature that you want over and above basic service.
Among these are Call Waiting and Enhanced Call Waiting, Caller ID,
Call Forwarding, Call Blocking, Voice Mail and three-way calling.
Add your basic monthly plan plus local and long distance calling plans,
and your bill can run $50 or higher before you even pick up the phone
to make a call.
With Nargle®,
however, many of the features that you have to pay for with traditional
phone service are absolutely, totally free. Yes, FREE.
These free features include all the great features available through
traditional telephones: Call Waiting, Caller Id, Voicemail, Call Forwarding
and Blocking, three-way conference calls, PLUS you get Voicemail to
Email so you can hear and Intelligent Call Forwarding, which allows
you to decide how and where to receive telephone calls when you are
away.
Is Faxing Supported?
No, Faxing is not supported.
What do I need to
get started?
You need to have broadband internet access (high-speed cable or DSL)
Do I need a special phone?
No, any phone you already have or from your local store will work.
If you would prefer a cordless phone then Nargle®
reccommends you use a 5.8 ghz phone as it will not interfere with
wireless access points which operates at 2.4 ghz.
Do I need any special equipment?
Yes, you need our equipment.Which includes everything you need to
plug in your phone is supplied by Nargle Communications
How does it work?
The ATA uses a Digital Signal Processor(DSP) to process the analog signal
of the telephone into digital packets that can be moved over the Internet.
It also works in reverse to transform the digital signal of the Internet to
analog signals that can be understood by your normal telephone.

Is there a cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel your service at any time. All you need to do is
notify us and return your ATA.
How does Enhanced E911 differ from standard E911 service?
Internet Telephone Service providers are
mandated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide
emergency calling services to their telephone subscribers.
Enhanced 911 Emergency Service
is available only to Nargle® Subscribers
who have a USA phone number associated to their account.
If your account has no USA phone number then
it is not considered to be a USA phone. It is an Internet Communicaations
Devive.
Without a USA phone number you receive Basic
911 Service.
It is important that you understand the difference
between:
Enhanced and Basic 911 service.
Nargle® offers Enhanced
E911, which allows our subscribers to change their home address when
they move their phone to another address. This makes your Nargle®
service portahle. If you move to another part of the country just take
your Nargle® Equipment with you and plug
it in there. Everything will continue to work as if you were still in
the same location. This is when you should log into your on-line Account
Management and change your city and address for Emergency 911 purposes.
More enhancements are coming.
Why does my Telephone Equipment come without a USA phone number?
Because we allow you to make that choice
yourself. Without a telephone number you can't receive calls from
off the Nargle® Network such as from traditional
landline and cell phones..
Nargle® sells internationally. A customer
in Kenya may not want a USA number.
Do I need a USA
phone number?
Only if you want to be able to receive calls from traditional landline
and cell phones.
USA phone numbers also includes free Enhanced
911 Emergency Service.
USA Local Telephone numbers are $47.95 per
year with a cost of four tenths (0.04¢) of a cent for incoming
calls. This is the price of quality and reliability.
